The project is situated in Jordans richest and unique landscape location; it is in the Dead Sea area, The Landscape region is characterized by a green house effect which is a unique winter resort area.
The Design team went through extensive series of layering process schemes to find the most appropriate landscape design solution where the soft and hard landscape vocabulary works well together in harmony . the angularity of the mountainous ridge lines overlooking the site eastern boundary and the lush wadi springs of the following Wadi Zara, Wadea, Mujeb, Maain , Zara, Omroq
.etc. Acted as main starting points for the landscape architects design approach.
